- Hendersonville – County Clerk Office, front lobby.
- Portland – Public Safety Building – 435 N Broadway – front lobby, available 24/7
- White House Volunteer State Bank – 2920 Highway 31 W – available 24/7.
Not all plates can be processed online. Your vehicle must be verified on the local county computer system. This may prevent some transactions from being processed. If your plate is expired more than 90-days or does not renew in the next 90-days, you will not be able to renew using the kiosk.
If you have a special class of plate that requires proof of membership, you can not renew online or at a kiosk. Military renewal cannot be processed online due to necessary documentation needed. Some e-mail filters can prevent you from receiving the confirmation e-mail.
